Our Leadership Team
Sarah Reynolds is the Chief Executive Officer of SYFR and holds credentials for Medical Coding, Medical Billing, and Practice Management. Sarah has 20+ years of experience in revenue cycle management in both hospital and clinic settings. Her focus is building strong partnerships with clients to support them as they manage and grow their practices. Sarah’s favorite part of her job is the people! Outside of work, Sarah and her husband Jeremy enjoy spending time with family and friends, and they are looking forward to the arrival of their first grandson.

Chief Executive Officer
Andrea Delamotte is the Chief Operating Officer of SYFR and brings 6+ years experience in revenue cycle management and operations to the role. Andrea is committed to client success and operational efficiency. Working alongside SYFR’s high-performing teams, she focuses on identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to drive client sustainability and growth. She is a Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS &CCS-P), and Certified Physician Practice Management (CPPM), with experience in management, customer relations, and operations efficiency. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family as well as hiking and cycling in the great state of Wyoming.

Chief Operating Officer
Britnee Olsen is the Vice President of Physician Billing Services for SYFR. Britnee joined SYFR in 2018 with 13 years of experience in the medical field. In her role as VP of Physician Billing Services, Britnee uses her experience and skills as a Certified Professional Biller and Certified Physician Practice Manager to maximize client revenue, streamline operations, and clearly communicate with providers and patients alike. Outside of work, Britnee enjoys spending time with her husband, attending sporting events, and camping.

Vice President of Physician Billing Services
Courtney Fuller is the Vice President of Patient Billing Services and has been with SYFR since 2018. She obtained her Certified Professional Biller credentials in December of 2020. She has strong skills in analyzing problems and creating processes in a timely and efficient manner, and she works one on one with SYFR clients and staff to educate and support patients, maximize collections, and streamline processes. Courtney is instrumental when it comes to IT, process review and implementation, training new employees, and mentoring SYFR team members. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys working cows and helping organize agricultural events.
